Returns and Exchanges

* After 14 days, we will no longer accept any returns or exchanges.

You can exchange your regular-priced merchandise within 14 days after the order delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean or unblemished, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.Please note that all exchanges permitted once only. Please also note that the shipping cost is NOT eligible for refund. 

Please note that ALL Marked Down items are final sales and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Please contact us if you need to return something. All returns must be authorized via email prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery.  Please mail the authorized returned item, at your sole cost, to:
